Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist - Chantler's Environmental Services
We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated professional to join our team in a role that merges inside sales with digital marketing. This position is ideal for someone who’s not only confident in driving sales conversations but also understands how to leverage digital strategies to generate and convert leads.
Responsibilities:
Drive inside sales efforts by prospecting, qualifying, and following up on leads through phone, email, and digital channels.
Develop and execute outreach strategies that align with digital marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support PPC campaigns and leverage CRM data (e.g., HubSpot) to track and nurture leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external partners, supporting a unified sales approach.
Adapt quickly to rejection and use feedback to refine your approach and improve performance.
Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, contributing ideas and insights to enhance both sales and marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively across different personality types and industries — you're the kind of person who can talk to anyone.
Qualifications
5 years of inside sales and/or digital marketing experience combined
General construction or event industry knowledge is a bonus
Web PPC Campaign Marketing experience or experience in a CRM platform like HubSpot is another bonus.
